Seneca View Nursing Facility at Schuyler Hospital is looking for a devoted Director of Social Work. This candidate will provide administrative and direct clinical social work services necessary to identify and assist in meeting the psychosocial needs of all residents, patients, family members and others as appropriate, who are coping with the effects of illness, treatment, short or long-term stay within the organization.

Requirements:

Education:

• MSW or CSW preferred; Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Service's field

Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years of Social Work experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Licensure:

• LMSW or CSW preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to transport patients/residents who require the use of a wheelchair; Office duties including lifting, managing file documents, repetitive use of hands and fingers (use of keyboard).
